Welcome to the 2007-2008 Season

The summer here at Woods Valley was probably a lot like yours, BEAUTIFUL. What a great summer we had for swimming, biking and golfing. But now with fall upon us, it’s time to move on to the skiing and boarding season.

Our summer was a busy one as we continue to refine our operations to better suit our skiers and boarders and offer the best facilities and snow conditions possible. Last season you saw first hand the results of our commitment to snowmaking and grooming. With the mildest December and January on record and below average snowfall from mother nature, we finished up with a great season.

Woods Valley provided great snow from Mid-December to the end of March. Although we started out a little slow with limited terrain during the Christmas holiday week, we had great snow from the Martin L. King holiday on. With the help of over 200 hours of snowmaking and nightly trail grooming, we had great conditions to the end of March. The Olney family would like to welcome you all to another fun and safe season. We look forward to seeing you all as the weather gets a little colder.

Season Pass Sales for 2007-08

Season passes can be purchased in person at the lodge Saturday and Sunday, October 20th & 21st. Hours will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. If you wish, passes can be purchased through the mail. Just mail in an application and payment. On your first day of skiing or boarding, we’ll take your photograph and process your pass. For those of you who had a pass last season, we still have your digital photo on file. To take advantage of the greatest pre-season discount, applications must be received by October 28th.
